Fair Use Policy

Puzzle Pro Pro plan subscribers receive unlimited exports. To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, we apply the following usage limits.
Export Limits
- 400 puzzle pages per export — Each export may include up to 400 puzzle pages. Books with more puzzles must be split into multiple exports.
Pro Plan Limits
- 40 exports per hour — Maximum number of exports you can complete in any 60-minute period.
- If you exceed this limit, you'll see a message asking you to wait before exporting again.
Who This Affects
These limits apply only to Pro plan subscribers. Starter, Pay-as-you-go, and Free plan limits are described elsewhere.
Normal Use
These limits are set high enough that normal use is not affected. They are intended to prevent abuse, automation, and extreme usage that could affect the service for others.
