By accessing or using Puzzle Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Puzzle Pro provides tools for creating and exporting puzzle books. Features include AI word generation, visual editing, and PDF export. Subscription and credit-based plans are available.
3. Usage Limits
Pro plan usage is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which describes limits and acceptable use. Starter and Pay-as-you-go plans have limits and usage rules described on our pricing page.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content as needed to provide the service.
6. Payment and Refunds
- Subscription and credit purchases are charged in advance.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.
- Use automated tools to abuse the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
